Whilst our centre and groups have been closed and even now as restrictions on movements still apply, Zoom has provided an invaluable link for us as a Buddhist centre to keep in touch. This technology has allowed us to continue sharing the dharma through our online meditation sessions and various study groups. New technology such as Zoom is for many a new and often unknown communication system and even for us as a centre it is something we have only recently embraced. The benefits of which have been enormous, above all allowing us to stay connected and helping to alleviate some of the isolation experienced during lockdown. Please feel free to get in touch via email or phone if you would like to join any of our Zoom sessions, and if you need any help on how to join us online we are very happy to explain how it all works! We look forward to hearing from you, best wishes.
